By purchasing the NOMAD Coffee Tumbler, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Intended Use: The NOMAD Coffee Tumbler is designed for use with non-carbonated hot or cold beverages only. It is not intended for use with carbonated drinks, alcoholic fermentation, or pressurized contents of any kind.
Pressurization Warning: Do not use the tumbler to store or transport carbonated beverages. The sealed, insulated lid is designed to retain heat and prevent spills, but it is not rated for internal pressure caused by carbonation. Use of carbonated liquids may result in pressure buildup, leading to sudden lid ejection or fluid expulsion, which may cause injury or damage.
Assumption of Risk: Users assume all responsibility and risk associated with the misuse of the NOMAD Coffee Tumbler, including but not limited to the use of carbonated, fermenting, or pressurized liquids.
